We are a mid-size, open shop construction management firm operating in Eastern Massachusetts. Established in 1995, we have developed long-term relationships with a small number of well-known clients.

We build projects from $100,000 to $3 million for corporate, institutional, and non-profit organizations. Complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements are typical, as are high-visibility lobbies, “C-level” offices, and extensive life-safety upgrades. Many smaller projects are delivered on a design/build model.
