Lou Laskey has been a principal of L/R Construction for nine years, following more than a decade of commercial building experience. Earlier in his career, he worked for Matrix Construction and for Shuman Construction. Actively involved in numerous projects with college and university clients as well as non-profit clients, Mr. Laskey holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License, a Rigger’s License, and a Town of Brookline Building License.

He is very engaged with the company’s development of long-term relationships with owners and their architects. In particular, he notes his links with American Red Cross, Tufts University, Fidelity Investments, The Advocates/Partners Health Care, the Charles River Association for Retarded Citizens, and other clients who have been keys to the success of L/R Construction. In addition to his professional work, he is an active supporter and fundraiser for these organizations.

Mr. Laskey holds degrees from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. He served in the Israeli Defense Forces and speaks Hebrew and Spanish.
