Bob Rosenblatt is a veteran of twenty-six years in all phases of the construction industry. He has been a principal of L/R Construction since its inception, following experience with Kay Construction, the Beacon Companies, and other major building firms. He holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License as well as a City of Boston Builder’s License, Class A, B, C.

During his career, Mr. Rosenblatt has worked throughout Southern New England, building “big box” retail facilities for Stop and Shop, WalMart, and BJ’s Wholesale Clubs, manufacturing and laboratory complexes, college buildings, and housing. He focuses now on key L/R clients such as WR Grace, Boston University, and Blank Plastics. Within the company, he is involved with technical oversight of projects and with the selection and development of project managers and superintendents.

Mr. Rosenblatt holds a degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Architectural Engineering and also studied Civil Engineering at Northeastern University.
